Otto Sauter (Cologne) has appeared as a leading Piccolo trumpeter worldwide in all big concert halls. He played with the Philharmonia Orchestra London in St. James Palace into presence of HRH prince Charles in 1995. He gave a concert in the Vatican in the forbidden town in Beijing in front of pope Johannes Paul II. and 50,000 audience visitors and, in April 2001 with the China, National Symphony Orchestra in 1998 and in 2000.

He was solo trumpeter in the philharmonic state orchestra Bremen from 1988 to 1998. Since 1991 he organized the international trumpet days Bremen, one of the leading brass player festivals of the world with guests like Ray Charles, Maynard Ferguson and others, and the trumpet academy founded Bremen, a unique inter-national education model for highly talented young trumpeters, in 1994. He founded the World brace Associa-tion, an international cooperation from festivals, orchestras, universities and culture institutions for the promotion of the brass players music in master courses, concerts and professional exchange worldwide in 2014. He performs an active teaching at international universities in Tokyo, Santiago de Chile and Manaus.

In 2003 he initiated a row broadcast in favor of the 50-year existence of UNICEF Germany of concerts and gala dress events, among others in cooperation with the Hessian. For the "Otto Sauter auxiliary meat juices" he invites great artists like Montserrat Caballé or Bobby McFerrin to a common charity concert every year.

In 2007 he called this one Little Amadeus " live " concert row in the life in cooperation with the international success TV series of the same name with about 80 concerts in 40 towns in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in cooperation and others with Volkswagen AG and Deutschen Post AG.

He opened the "waiting castle festival" taking place every year as an artistic leader in 2004. He initiated the international music and choir festival "Musica Sacra an of Romanies" in Rome and in the Vatican under the patronage of Paul Kardinal Poupard, president Pontificium Consilium de Cultura, Vatican in 2005. He was responsible to World Cups 2006 TM supported by the OK FIFA World Cup in 2006 the Germany-wide music festival in the context of the FIFA soccer as an artistic leader for the "play time live city center Con-cert tour". He was an artistic adviser of the lock concerts Neuschwanstein in 2014. Besides his solo activity he makes furore also with the ensemble founded by him to "Ten of The Best" which ten of the world's best trumpeters unites.
