Ippazio Ponzetta - Piano

 

Born in 1975, debuts as “enfant prodige” at the age of 13 in the communal hall of his city playing three Sonatas by Clementi, the “Rage over the lost penny” op. 129 by Beethoven and “La campanella” from the 6 Great Studies on Paganini by Liszt, obtaining soon a resounding approval from the audience and the critics for his impressing technical and interpretative capacities.

After he had awarded the Diploma at the only age of 20 with the maximum score, he starts postgraduate courses first with the great M° Aldo Ciccolini and then with Marcella Crudeli at the “Cortot” Academy in Paris.

Stars & Planets – Amber Youth Philharmonic Orchestra

 

 

Dariusz Mikulski is in the family program for the first time this season. As part of an international encounter project of young musicians in Koszalin (Poland), a program is being developed, including "Die Planeten", the orchestral suite by Gustav Holst. J. Williams: Stars Wars, P. Tchaikovsky - Rococo Variations for Violoncello and Orchestra with Tapalin Charoensook (Cello). Conductor: Chikara Imamura
